Member feedback survey and the 100-credit thank-you

We occasionally invite our paying members to share quick feedback so we can keep improving the platform. If you received an email from AetherWave Studio inviting you to answer a few questions, it is genuine.

Is this real or a phishing attempt?

It is real. The invitation comes from AetherWave Studio and the survey lives on our own site at aetherwavestudio.com/member-survey. We will never ask you for a password, payment details, or any sensitive information in a survey. It is five short questions and takes about two minutes.

What is the reward?

When you finish the survey we add 100 credits to your account right away. These are bundle credits, which never expire, so you can spend them whenever you like.

The thank-you is a one-time reward per account. If you have already completed the survey, the page will let you know and your credits are already in your balance.

How do I find it?

Open the link in your invitation email, or visit aetherwavestudio.com/member-survey while signed in to your account. You need to be logged in so we can add the credits to the right account.

Who can take it?

The feedback survey is offered to members who have made a purchase (a credit bundle or a subscription). It is our way of thanking the people who have invested in AetherWave and making sure your voice shapes what we build next.
