Getting an image in
Two ways:
- From Image Studio: click the cyan Edit wand on a result and pick Upscale, Remove background, AI Edit, Reframe or All edit tools. Image Editing opens with the image loaded and that tool selected.
- Directly: open Image Editing and use Upload or Gallery.
Then pick a tool, set its options on the right, check the price, and click Process Image.

Good combinations
- Extract, then Upscale: lift one logo, patch or panel off a busy brand board and make it print size.
- Remove BG, then Upscale 4x: a transparent, print-ready merch graphic. Check the cut-out over both a light and a dark colour; similar tones can lose the insides of letters.
- Reframe for every format: one cover becomes 1:1, 9:16 and 16:9 without regenerating.
- AI Edit with references: add a product photo as a reference and ask for it to be placed in the scene.
Common questions
- How big can Upscale go? 2x or 4x per pass. For what a print needs, see What size image do I need?.
- Why is my transparent PNG showing a white box? You chose JPG (White BG). Use PNG (Transparent).
- Does Extract cost anything? No. It is a crop done in your browser, with no AI.
- Can I animate the result? Generate or pick the image in Image Studio and use Edit, Animate in Video Studio, or attach it as the first frame in Video Studio from your gallery.
