What VoxBot Chat is
VoxBot Chat (formerly Chat LLM) is the full-page chat with VoxBot, the official AetherWave Studio assistant. Use it for general questions, writing help (lyrics, hooks, captions, ideas), research, and help with AetherWave itself.
Since November 2, 2026 it is the home page: /, /home and /voxbot all open it, and so does the AetherWave logo at the top left of every page. The old /chat-llm and /assistant links take you there too. You need to be signed in to chat; signed-out visitors see the page with a Sign in button. Open it from VoxBot on the left rail, or VoxBot Chat in the grid menu's General tab.
On other pages, VoxBot is also the support chat bubble. VoxBot Chat is the full page, with web search, saved chats and the Fast and Smart models.
What it can do
- Answer anything. Type in the box and press Enter, or tap a starter card such as Generate a song or Make cover art.
- Search the web. For news, prices of other products, platform rules and anything recent, it searches the web and shows the sources it used under the reply. It can also read a web page when you paste a link.
- Know your account. Ask how many credits you have, what plan you are on, how many free messages are left today, or what you made recently.
- Quote our prices. It looks up current credit prices instead of guessing.
- Help with AetherWave. It answers how-to questions from this Help Center.
- Make things. Ask for an image, a video or a song and VoxBot sets it up and shows you a confirm card with the price. Nothing is made, and nothing is charged, until you tap Confirm. See below.
- Build files. Ask for a landing page, a slide deck, a game, an EPK, a motion graphics piece or a researched newsletter and VoxBot builds it as an HTML file you can preview and download. See Build a file from the chat below.
Make images, video and music from the chat
Tell VoxBot what you want ("make me square cover art of a neon cassette on a dark table", "turn this photo into a 5 second video", "write me a lo-fi song about rain"). VoxBot picks a model and settings, or uses the ones you name, and shows a confirm card in the chat:
- what will be made (how many images, the model, the size or length),
- the exact credit price and roughly what that is in dollars,
- Confirm and Cancel.
Nothing starts until you tap Confirm. VoxBot cannot spend your credits on its own, and the price on the card is the price the studio charges: it comes from the same price list.
When you confirm, the creation runs exactly as it would from the studio: the same checks, the same charge, and the result is saved to your gallery. The card turns into a progress card and shows the finished images, the video, or the two tracks of your song, with an Open gallery button.

Good to know:
- One creation per message. For a chain ("a song, then cover art, then a video"), VoxBot does one step at a time: confirm it, then ask for the next.
- A card expires after about 10 minutes. Ask again if it has.
- If you have not added a payment method yet, you still get the card; when you confirm, you see the same add-a-card step the studios show.
- If a creation fails, any charge is refunded, the same as in the studio.
- Talking characters, lip sync and timeline editing are not in the chat yet. VoxBot gives you a short plan and the link to the right studio.
- Model help: ask "what image models are there?" or "how much is a 10 second video?" and VoxBot looks up current prices.

Build a file from the chat
VoxBot can build one finished file for you: a web page, a slide deck, a game and more. Tell it what you want, or tap the Build a landing page card. If your request is short, VoxBot asks a question or two first (what it is for, who it is for, the one thing a visitor should do). Then it shows a confirm card with the flat price.

How it works:
- Nothing starts until you tap Confirm. The card then shows progress. Most builds take 1 to 3 minutes. Keep the page open: if you close it or tap Stop before it finishes, the build stops and nothing is charged.
- You are charged only when the finished file arrives. A build that fails costs nothing.
- Builds are always paid. The price is the same on every plan, unlimited plans included, and a build never uses your free messages. If you have not added a payment method yet, confirming shows the same add-a-card step the studios show.
- When it is ready, the card shows a live preview with Download HTML and Full screen. The newsletter also has Download plain text.
- Builds are not saved to your gallery. Download the file to keep it. The card stays in the chat, so you can reopen the chat later and download it again.
- One build at a time.
What the files are:
- Slide decks are one HTML page, not a PowerPoint (.pptx) or Google Slides file. Open the file in a browser to present it. To share it as a PDF, print it from the browser and choose Save as PDF: each slide prints on its own page.
- Motion graphics play in the browser. They are not an MP4 or any other video file, so they cannot be uploaded as a video.
- The newsletter is email-ready HTML plus a plain-text version. VoxBot does not send it: paste it into your email tool.
- The EPK uses what you tell VoxBot and what is in your gallery. Where a press quote or a booking email is missing, it leaves a marked placeholder instead of making one up.
Fast and Smart
The menu at the top of the chat picks the model:
- VoxBot · Fast for quick answers.
- VoxBot · Smart for deeper answers.
Your choice is remembered for next time.

- Everyone gets 20 free messages a day, on either model, including members who have not added a card.
- You only pay for web searches that actually ran, and only as many as your balance covers.
- A paid reply shows its cost under it.
- Regenerate counts as a message.
- If a reply fails, nothing is charged.
- Producer, Mogul and Ultimate members get unlimited Fast messages and 200 Smart messages a day. When Smart runs out, Fast keeps working.
- The daily count resets at 00:00 UTC.
The chat shows how many free messages you have left today, and once they are used it shows what the next message costs.
Make VoxBot yours
Click Customize VoxBot to open Customize your VoxBot. It is still VoxBot underneath; the name and picture are just for you.
- Name: type a new name (1 to 24 characters) and press Save. Use letters, numbers, spaces and simple punctuation. Names that could be mistaken for AetherWave staff (such as "Admin", "Support" or "AetherWave") are not allowed, and names our moderation flags are refused.
- Picture: choose Upload image (JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 10 MB) or From my gallery. Every picture is checked before it is saved; if the check cannot run, try again shortly.
- Reset to VoxBot brings back the original name and the VoxBot video profile.
Your name and picture show everywhere on the page, including in the model menu.
Your chats
- Every chat is saved to your account and listed on the left, grouped by date.
- New chat starts a fresh one.
- Each chat has Rename and Delete. Deleting removes the chat and its messages and cannot be undone.
- While a reply is coming in, the send button becomes Stop.
- Each reply has Copy, and code blocks have their own Copy button.
- The theme button switches between light and dark. On your first visit it follows your device.
Common questions
It says VoxBot is taking a short break. Chat is paused for a while. Try again later; all our studios are still open.
It says I used today's Smart messages. That is the daily Smart limit on Producer, Mogul and Ultimate. Switch to Fast, which stays unlimited, or wait for the reset at 00:00 UTC.
My message is too long. A single message can be up to 8,000 characters. Split longer text across two messages.
