YouTube Thumbnail Best Practices for Lo-Fi Music

Great lo-fi thumbnails share these qualities:

High contrast - Bold colors and strong light/dark separation so the image pops at 120px wide
Single focal point - One clear subject, not a busy collage
Genre-authentic visuals - cozy rooms, rainy windows, anime characters studying - viewers should instantly recognize the lo-fi vibe
Clean composition - Leave space for YouTube's timestamp overlay in the bottom-right

When using the AI generator, try prompts like "Warm room with single light source, cozy and inviting, strong focal point" to get thumbnails that feel authentic to lo-fi while being visually striking at small sizes.
