The Spotify Canvas preset does the shaping

What you are making is a short looping visual that plays behind a track in the Spotify app. Rather than remembering the frame size, you pick the Spotify Canvas preset when you render and the project leaves in that shape. If you need something the presets do not cover, set your own resolution, bitrate and frame rate.

The render runs on our servers and saves to your gallery, so you can close the tab and come back to it. One project can be exported more than once, in a different shape each time, without rebuilding the edit.

A real timeline underneath

Five lanes, one each for video, overlay, music, voiceover and text, so a voiceover and a music bed are not competing for the same track. Keyframes on volume, opacity, scale, position and color, set by parking the playhead and moving a slider. Markers, time ranges and loop playback let you render only the section you are working on.

The AI tools act on clips already in the timeline. Animate a still in place, extend a shot from its last frame, or generate a connector between two clips. Each shows its credit price before it runs.

Audio that survives the platform

One click normalizes every clip to an even level, with voices sitting above the music. EQ, compressor and reverb are available per clip, and volume keyframes handle ducking.

A limiter on the final mix keeps the export from clipping, at streaming loudness of -14 LUFS. That matters most on the platforms that normalize playback themselves, because a mix that was already level arrives intact.

Do I need to know the Spotify Canvas video size?

No. Pick the Spotify Canvas preset in the export dialog and the project renders in that shape. Custom is there if you need a size the presets do not cover.

Is editing free?

Yes. Editing and rendering cost nothing. Only the AI tools use credits, and the price is shown before anything generates.

Can I use my own footage and music?

Yes. Upload video, images and audio, several files at once, or pull in anything you have already made on AetherWave from your media library.

What happens if I close the tab mid-render?

The render runs on our servers, so it finishes and saves to your gallery anyway. Projects also save automatically as you edit.
