Preview an AI video sequence before you render it

Play chain runs the approved takes back to back in the player, so you can judge the whole sequence before spending anything on a final render.

The Extend chain in the Video Studio: two approved takes side by side, the join labelled last frame in, and a chain render of 24 seconds saved to the gallery.
The chain itself: each take, the join between them, and one render saved to the gallery.

Watch it, then commit

Judging a sequence from thumbnails does not work. The question is whether the cuts flow, and that only shows up in motion.

Play chain answers it in the result player using the takes you have approved, with no render and nothing written to your gallery. Render chain is a separate, deliberate step.

Approve take by take

Each take carries its own approve toggle. Turning one off removes it from both Play chain and Render chain while leaving it on the chain, so you can turn it back on without re-making anything.

Your approvals are stored with the chain, so they survive a reload.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Play chain cost anything?

It plays takes you have already generated, in the player, back to back. The generation happened when each take was made.

Can I reorder the takes?

The chain plays in the order the takes were made, because each one was seeded from the one before it. Leaving a take out is the control you have over what the sequence contains.

Your first clip is the hard part

Open the Video Studio, get one shot you like, then press AetherWave Extend and keep going. Every take is its own gallery entry, so nothing you keep can be overwritten.
